On selecting any cash requirement the investor can record a cash transaction by either agreeing directly the demand or negotiate the terms and conditions and amount. The merchant lodging the requirement may agree or disagree on the conditions by acknowledging and confirming or rejecting the application. On agreement by both, the investor may remit funds in required currency through the means decided.

The list shall display, Merchant Email ID, Merchant Name, Short Description, Amount, Currency. Period. Period Units, Expiry Date for the search criteria. On selecting any particular proposal, the investor can get a detail view of the cash requirement by browsing the terms and conditions and accessing the website. The investor can then enter the amount wishing to invest and communicate agreement.

Merchants, small business, public listed companies or multinational corporations needing cash, shall have the ability to search, scroll and view the investment offers BROWSE OFFERS logged on the exchange and see the investor’s investing expectations. On selecting any investment expectation, the merchant can record a cash transaction by either agreeing directly the investment offer or negotiate the terms and conditions by revising them and requesting the amount required. The investor may agree or disagree on the set conditions by acknowledging and confirming or rejecting the cash transaction. If the investor agrees, the investor may remit funds through the means decided. The actual delivery of funds is optionally recorded and acknowledged in the Cash Clearing house for the transaction.
